Anglicare Victoria

Residential Service at AV

AV is one of the state’s largest providers of Out of Home Care Services and provides care of hundreds of Young People in Residential Care every year.

Our Wallan site is a new site opening specifically to support 2 young people in the house. To support the Young People in the house there will be a roster of 8 staff each working a fixed pattern of shifts over a fortnightly period. Each position is a permanent ongoing role offering anywhere between 50 to 76 hours per fortnight.

There are shifts that involve day time work as well as specific positions for those interested in working active night duty only. Workers are guaranteed stability and structure to hours and rostered work as well as the opportunity to take up to 5 weeks of paid leave every year and also the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as well.
