This is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about making a difference for children and young people in Out of Home Care and lead a well-established and skilled Case Management team.

Anglicare’s Out of Home Care Service in the Eastern region supports children and young people aged 0 – 18 years. The program provides a full continuum of overnight care options, from weekend respite to long term placements, with foster families. Key aspects of the service include recruitment, assessment and support of caregivers, working with the families of children in placement, grief and loss work, case management and fulfilling statutory obligations.
Please Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
