About the Position

You will coordinate the provision of Refugee and Migrant Support in accordance with funding guidelines, legislative requirements, Anglicare NT policies and procedures, and sector best practice. You will be responsible for ensuring the utilisation of collaborative, evidence based, strength-based case management processes; supervision and support of service staff; review and development of practice, processes and policies; and the maintenance of collaborative networks and working relationships with other services in the sector.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working withChildren (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.

Anglicare NT is currently undertaking a workplace consultation regarding the ongoing requirements for workers to be vaccinated. We anticipate an outcome by July. Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
