As the Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership in the development and effective management of the Alice Springs Aged Care Service team. This will include the provision of culturally appropriate and client centred service delivery; staff management; contractual compliance and risk management.
It is mandatory for certain workers in certain settings in the Northern Territory to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in line with the NT’s Chief Health Officer direction. If you are wanting to work with us, you will be required to provide evidence of your COVID-19 vaccination status.
In return for your hard work and dedication, the successful candidate will enjoy an attractive base salary from $100,604 - $104,805 p.a. + superannuation and a range of benefits including:

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory driver's licence.
Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
