About the Position

You will Lead the team of Case Managers in the delivery of case management within the Transitional Housing and Tenancy Support Programs in Alice Springs. The position will lead, manage and advocate to achieve to create a productive and responsive housing team, delivering services using a trauma-informed framework.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in social work or a strongly related discipline, with a minimum of five years professional experience.
  • Experience in case management and housing or homeless sector.
  • A proven manager who has experience in the supervision and direction of staff, able to coach and mentor staff towards identified outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience of a high level of discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver's licence.
