About the Position

You will Lead the team of Case Managers in the delivery of case management within the Transitional Housing and Tenancy Support Programs in Alice Springs. The position will lead, manage and advocate to achieve to create a productive and responsive housing team, delivering services using a trauma-informed framework.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in social work or a related discipline, with experience in managing staff.
  • Experience in case management and housing or homeless sector.
  • A leader who has capacity to provide supervision and direction to staff, able to coach and mentor staff towards identified outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience of a high level of discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.

You will uphold the values of Anglicare NT and provide quality services within the scope of the position and associated delegations.

Salary: Base salary range of $93,021- $97,127 p.a. (SCHADS Level 6) + other applicable allowances/benefits, recreational leave loading (17.5%), and 5 weeks annual leave.
