Based in Nhulunbuy, the Youth Support Worker will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality support services across our ReConnect and #U-Turn programs, as well as other identified initiatives. Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed framework, you will provide direct support and group-work to young people, ensuring their individual needs are met while enhancing their capacity and resilience.
You will provide vital information, referrals, advocacy, and engage in developmental group work to address specific needs while raising community awareness about issues affecting youth and appropriate responses.
