About the Role:

Reporting to the CEO, you will have strong clinical leadership and management, and provide guidance to the team to deliver ongoing and effective operations for the service. In addition, you will have responsibility for the management of housekeeping services and financial management including budgeting and reporting. The role is varied and includes all aspects of planning and implementing service provision, liaison with other health professionals, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.

Our client is seeking an authentic clinic leader with a contemporary management style to develop and grow a vibrant support services team and possess a passion for creating an environment where people can live their best lives ageing in place

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist registered for practice with AHPRA
  • Minimum 5 years management and leadership experience in the Aged Care or Community Services sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge for the requirements of an Approved Provider under the Aged Care Act
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Clinical Governance and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Experience in the management of a diverse team
  • Demonstrated experience in the growth of services and project management skills to implement new services
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of electronic client management systems
  • Police check and Flu vaccination certificate
