We are seeking a hands-on digital marketer to join our marketing and communications team
You will be responsible for developing and executing CRM and email marketing strategies, building campaigns, converting contacts to members, and driving the digital conversion across Professionals Australia and its sub-brands and divisions.
You will be required to maintain core communications and marketing activities – including email journeys, reverse marketing, building key partnerships, services promotion, and internal communications.
You will become a key player in an active team of communications, campaigning, and marketing personnel, committed to implementing innovative marketing practices for acquiring and engaging new members.
In this role you will have the freedom to be driven by the data - to test and trial alternative strategies to improve member acquisition and experience across all touchpoints, including email, SMS, in-app messaging, websites, social media and call centre contact.
Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
