THE ROLE:

APMHA Healthcare Ltd (APMHA) is expanding its clinical mental health workforce in the North East area of Murray (Wangaratta, Wodonga, Benalla and Mansfield. We are seeking a passionate clinician with experience working in mental health.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in delivering services to people across a broad range of mental health programs and with a range of acuity. APMHA provides a supportive and inclusive work environment for staff, with supervision, virtual online teleconferencing, website training and ongoing staff education.

Please Note: Preference will be given to applicants with experience working with Children 5-12 or applicants interested in training to work with Children 5-12

THE CANDIDATE WILL IDEALLY POSSESS:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nurse, Social Work or Psychology (Mandatory) and registration with AHPRA/AASW.
• Must have mental health endorsements, or eligible to apply for same.
• Experience working with people with mental illness across a broad range of acuity.
• High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to engage and work with multidisciplinary teams and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work with general practice, mental health services and program staff.
• Ability to embrace new programs and be flexible and adaptive.
