The Access and Inclusion Officer will be the local representative that is responsible for engaging and building relationships within the community, ensuring increased engagement with HelpingMinds, with a focus on HelpingMinds Child, Youth and Family Services. The position will also provide quality intake services, meeting client needs efficiently and effectively, and facilitate this where needed for all HelpingMinds programs.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based out of our Mandurah, Rockingham & Perth offices.
This is an opportunity for a client focussed Access & Inclusion Officer with a genuine interest in working collaboratively to ensure effective team goals and client outcomes are met. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work autonomously with a demonstrated ability to consult, liaise and maintain close working relationships with other service providers.
In line with HelpingMinds policy, WA Government Health Directions and Public Health Orders, the successful candidate will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and as such will need to provide evidence of their COVID-19 Vaccination status prior to commencement.
