Established in 1990 arbias is a not for profit organisation that supports people with a suspected or diagnosed Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and people with multiple comorbidities such as physical disabilities, mental health, alcohol and other drug related issues, connection with the criminal justice system and high complex needs. Position Overview

The hybrid NDIS Support Coordinator/TAC Case Manager is responsible for the day to day service provision ensuring the highest quality support for the people who access the program(s), providing:

• direct Support Coordination to participants that have been identified as eligible for NDIS
• evidence-informed, strengths-based case management interventions for clients with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and complex support needs as a result of injuries sustained in a transport accident

You will be the key organisational contact for all National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Transport Accident Commission (TAC) referrals, service provision and performance reporting across NSW. A fundamental component of the role will be to explore and identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement initiatives, strategic partnership development and organisational growth through project implementation and management methodologies.
