The Venue

Capable of hosting a diverse and high volume of events including conferences, gala dinners, and concerts, the Roundhouse has a diverse clientele of external hirers, alongside multiple student events to service the vibrant student population. The venue is truly multi-functional, hosting headline music acts, national Government and corporate conferences, formal dinners, gaming conventions, keynote talks, and much more.

The Role

This role requires knowledge of a broad range of industries, with a particular emphasis on the live music genre, and is focused on winning new business, supporting clients throughout their event, and exceeding expectations to drive returning clients. You will generate leads, respond to enquiries, manage budgets, lead venue set-ups, and be a primary point of contact for clients during events. You will contribute to the drive for commercial revenue and growth across all markets, with a focus on conferencing, dinners, and special events.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Events Manager with experience in live music event management, coupled with strong sales and marketing experience who can bring strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen and a demonstrated ability to set and meet targets and drive outcomes for the venue. You will have excellent stakeholder and people management skills, have experience winning business and managing clients in a venue, and work pro-actively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
