About the role

We are currently seeking a Duty Management Couple to support the Store Managers in one of our stores based in Arnhem Land. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills to potentially run your own store in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store to achieve KPI targets on training, nutrition, safety, sales and budget control
  • Mentor, coach and develop the store team
  • Provide the administrative support for the store including but not limited to rosters, purchasing and completing new employee forms
  • Build solid working relationships with key service providers in the community
  • Ensure all company assets are maintained to an acceptable standard

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Retail Management and / or Hospitality Management
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in forecasting, analysis and staff rostering
  • Strong track record in delivering results, implementing business strategy and continually driving outcomes with a sense of urgency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate
  • Stock inventory control and management
  • Community-minded with a passion to make positive differences
  • Applicants with a Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence and forklift (LF) licence will be highly regarded
