Australian Regional and Remote Community Services provides care in both the Aged Care and Disability Sectors across the Northern Territory. 

We are seeking expressions of interest for experienced:

• Personal Care Workers

For a New Program of relief work based from Darwin to undertake regular Fly In / Fly Out rotations of Alice Springs / Tennant Creek to assist our teams in both Residential Aged Care and In-Home Community Care. 

Due to the nature of the Fly-In / Fly Out position these positions will work as follows:

• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 Weeks
• Days On: 6 Days on / 1 Day off
• Shifts: 24/7 Rotating Roster

• 5 Days Induction / Skill Assessment and Education
• Return Airfares from Darwin
• Casual Rate: $33.17 + Weekend/Evening penalty rates
• Free Accommodation
• 6 Monthly Pay Increments

Requirements:

• Must be a Local NT Resident living in the Darwin Area
• Community Workers must have a NT Drivers License
• Ability to hold and maintain a Clear National Police Check
• Ability to hold and maintain an Ochre Card
• Vaccinated for 2021 Influenza Strain prior to first assignment
