We are looking for a new member of the Arts Access Victoria team to provide admin and access support.

• $27.95 per hour, Gross salary $54,522 (1EFT) pro-rata, plus superannuation, at 22.5 hours per week

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience working in customer service or administrative roles
• Demonstrated experience to work in collaboration with team members
• Demonstrated excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Comprehensive Microsoft 365 suite skills, including MS Word, Excel and Teams
• Experience using key digital communication tools including Zoom and Teams
• Excellent communication skills including:
  • active listening
  • adapting your communication skills to meet an individual's needs
  • being confident, friendly and respectful
• Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
