About your role

You will leverage your intercultural literacy and research skills to contribute to the delivery of research activities to inform our equity and diversity commitments and build knowledge and evidence about the arts.

What will you be doing?

  • Contributing to the delivery of a rolling program of research and evaluation projects
  • Preparing reporting plans, protocols and instruments using a variety of methods
  • Developing key insights from findings and communicating them to stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of ethical data and systems
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders on equity and diversity planning
  • Administering evaluation projects led by external suppliers

What experience will you have?

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety, equity, and diversity & inclusion
  • Proven experience in research, analysis, and/ or information management
  • High level of digital literacy and strong database experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and propose workable solutions to problems
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination and ability to contribute to team-based work.
