We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Administration Officer to support the team with administration tasks such as effective record keeping, asset management and other ad hoc duties. This role will have obligations to work from our Belrose office a few times a week (flexible)

Day to day of our Admin Officer...

  • Effective record keeping, Asset Database Management, assigning assets, updating, logging & tracking of Assets
  • Manage & process payment of Vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconciliation of invoices and track against P&L
  • Creating PO and Ordering hardware and software
  • Receipt of goods on delivery
  • Supply of Hardware whilst adhering to Audit Team's Delegation Matrix
  • Shipping of equipment and receiving deliveries
  • Assign and manage software licences
  • Assist with BAU stock levels and its replenishment
  • Assist with Couriers, Stationery stock & Mailing Bags
  • Collecting equipment deliveries from Reception & other areas in Head Office

Skills and experience that make you stand out…

  • Confident in using Excel including formula functions, pivot tables, basic formatting
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft desktop productivity tools-Office 365
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a clear and concise phone manner
  • Need to be a high energy, enthusiastic person with heavy focus on customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Effective Time Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Ability to prioritise and quickly resolve issues
