If this sounds like a team you want to be part of, read on because we are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Integration Lead for a 12 months fixed term contract with a possibility to extend.

As our new Integration Lead you will utilise your expertise in data migration, business, and technical analysis skills to develop effective, timely and professional execution of solutions to support our IT and Transformation roadmap. This will integrate applications and systems critical for delivering business workflows, to enhance our sustainability and make life easier for our employees and customers.

What success looks like...

• Understood end-user requirements and issues and proposed solutions that engaged all stakeholders and aligned with organisational priorities.
• Successfully integrated core systems to achieve business outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in entire Software Development Life Cycle including requirements elicitation, design, development, test, release, and support and industry standards.
• Effectively planned and executed system integration project with supporting design documents, monitoring progress to ensure goals are achieved
• Where project goals were not on target to achieve outcomes, consulted with Enterprise Integration Specialist, and sponsors to evaluate and revise as appropriate.
• Applied a strong understanding of software design patterns, source control management and high-quality coding practices to achieve business goals.

Skills and experience that make you stand out...

• A relevant tertiary qualification, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience using Agile development methodology, and Azure Cloud.
• Excellent computer literacy with demonstrated capability using RestAPI, OAuth2.0, WCF SQL adapter for integration.
• Demonstrated understanding of design patters, Hosts, Instances, and performance tuning, as well as BizTalk Server Maps, Schemas, Pipelines, Orchestration.
