Children's Services at Aruma have opportunities to support young people aged between 5 and 17 years living in residential out of home care with us who have experienced trauma and have a disability. If you thrive on variety then we want to hear from you!

A Children's Service Leader is responsible for the everyday support, coordination and operation of their assigned services. The provide leadership and coaching of services' support staff. The Children's Service Leader, leads a team of Support Workers in the support of children and young people engaged and/or living in our services. They ensure high quality support is provided to the children and young people and routines and processes are embedded consistently and effectively across services. The Children's Service Leader focus is to engaged with Support Workers and guide trauma informed and therapeutic supports to children and young people and ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved.
