About the role

• Providing support to a range of customers
• Responsible for the management, monitoring, service development and quality of community and residential based disability programs
• Oversee day to day operations of programs
• Ensure delivery of services are consistent with the Foundation Policy and guidelines
• Customers are based in Gippsland area
• Regular travel to Gippsland area which will include Maffra, Lakes Entrances, Warragul,
• Office based across a number of office locations within Victoria that can be utilised

Do you have

• Experience in delivery of disability services, preferably in community setting
• Substantial knowledge and demonstrated skills in the application of Positive behaviour support and Person-centred active support
• Experience and understanding of the requirements of leading community and residential disability services
• Substantial working knowledge of roster development and implementation
• Proven experience in financial management and understanding client expenditure processes
• Managing workforce issues including supervision, performance management, performance improvement plans, coaching and mentoring
• Ability to manage multiple work sites and teams
• Managing a variety of complex disability or related client presentations and complexities
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation that governs disability practice in Victoria and safe work management
• A current drivers licence
• NDIS worker screening check clearance
• Confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1,2 and booster)

Qualifications required

Diploma or Certificate IV in Disability or related discipline or commitment to undertake a Diploma within 6 months of commencing the role.
