CRM Systems Analyst - NSW / VIC / QLD


Location: Aruma Offices in NSW (Sydney/Regional NSW), VIC (Metro/Regional VIC) or QLD (Brisbane/Gold Coast) - WFH opportunity!

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated CRM Systems Analyst to partner closely with Aruma's key stakeholders and staff, to manage the technical direction for the development and implementation of Aruma's strategic Customer Management System (CRM), including the migration from the legacy systems. This is a fixed term contract until end of June 2022.

What success looks like...

  • Provide technical expertise and leadership for system solution design, integration and migration
  • Define technical and functional design specs with team and external consultations to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Manage integration implementation to ensure agreed artefacts are delivered within timelines
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within processes, systems data and reporting
  • Perform standard testing and provide solutions to ensure high levels of performance and security

Skills and experience that make you stand out...

  • Experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions is essential
  • Core systems solutions analysis experience (ERP, Finance, HR, CRM etc)
  • Demonstrated experience as a systems analyst within an IT/Technology/Transformation function
  • Agile and SCRUM experience
  • End to end functional and non functional solution analysis
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated workshop and facilitation skills
