Customer Service Administrator - Flexible location


Flexible Location: QLD, VIC, and NSW - Aruma Offices

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and switched-on Customer Service Administrator to assist the Facilities and Commercial/Fleet team in providing high volume administrative support during a busy period amidst multiple projects. This role is a 6 months FTC starting ASAP.

What success looks like…

  • High levels of customer satisfaction are delivered to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurate Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data is maintained with all information reflecting the current portfolio assets and liabilities
  • Large volume of invoice processing
  • Assist with administration work relating to Fleet such as maintaining registration, vehicle transfers, fuel card etc
  • Responds to request for information and reports within the required timeframe
  • Issues contractors, service providers and suppliers with work orders
  • Develops and maintains productive working relationship with Aruma stakeholders and clients.

Skills and experience that make you stand out…

  • Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable functions
  • Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to inspire or support innovative thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable functions
  • Sound IT skills, particularly for MS Office Suite - Excel and Outlook.
