  • Location: Central Coast, Newcastle, and Maitland

About the role:

The Service Delivery Supervisor coordinates and supports our teams in the Central Coast/Hunter region to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. Our teams are made up of General Hands and Team Leaders carrying out lawn and garden works, cleaning and soft property maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial and residential clients.

The role will lead from the frontline, working with teams to complete works at customers sites, coordinate site teams, effectively communicating with customers to achieve contract outcomes and ensure tasks are carried out following the correct procedures to achieve a high standard of quality work. Some days you will need to get your hands dirty to get the job done and other days you will be sitting with the General Manager in formal meetings with our high profile ASX listed clients.

What you need to successful in this role:

Essential

  • A demonstrated commitment to the Aruma Code of Conduct.
  • A minimum Cert. IV in Horticulture certificate; or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • A high level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling and environmental requirements of the position.
  • Formal team leadership training and/or equivalent knowledge and experience with demonstrated ability to supervise and support staff.
  • A practical understanding of WHS and DSS requirements.
  • NDIS Worker Screen clearance
  • National Police Check
  • A current Australian driver's license, White card (and Working with Children Check if required for service delivery).
  • Willingness to travel as across a regional area.
  • A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (dose 1 & 2).

Desirable

  • Experience with working with people with disabilities, particularly in a service provision context.
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills and ability to effectively utilise databases for reporting and coordination.
