What is Scout? - It stands for service, customer, outcomes, understanding and transformation. SCOUT is our enterprise client management system that will help us improve customer service, efficiency and to build a new level insight into our customer needs through improved reporting and transparency.

About the role:

The SCOUT Product Owner plays an integral role in the success of our service delivery and the achievement of our purpose and organisational objectives, creating outcomes that close the gap between where we are and where we want to be as an organisation.

This role will partner with key stakeholders across Aruma to clearly understand business drivers and needs, customer insights and the competitive landscape, so as to recommend, design, evaluate and implement systems and processes (digital and other) to achieve Aruma's business objectives.

Key elements of this role include effective relationship and change management, engagement and capacity building which enables staff to optimise usage of systems, creating efficiencies and supporting excellent customer outcomes. This role is a 6 months fixed term contract

Skills and experience that make you stand out…

  • Project Management experience (Prince2 and/or Agile/Scrum)
  • End to end functional and non-functional business analysis skills
  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Workshop presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong administration skills; time management, coordination of tasks
  • Excellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills
