About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities.

Our Production Coordinator will be a part of our Business that assembles medical packs and supplies for many Australian hospitals, police, emergency departments and ambulances. We are a leading supplier of forensic investigation kits for healthcare professionals and police jurisdictions.​

What you need to be successful in this role…

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the demonstrated ability to meet challenging deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
  • Sound business acumen with the ability to read, interpret and analyse business data, particularly in a production facility context.
  • Sound verbal and written communication, with effective listening and negotiation skills.
  • Sound conflict resolution and collaboration skills, with the demonstrated ability to use internal and external networks to resolve issues.
  • Sound numeracy and computer skills, particularly MS Office; including the capacity to learn new IT systems.

Skills and Experience which will make you stand out:

Must haves:

  • A demonstrated commitment to the Aruma Code of Conduct.
  • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated experience in a corporate setting, preferably in commercial medical packaging or similar production environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of WHS legislation, quality assurance systems and production management.

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO18385, and experience working within a TGA quality environment.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities, and /or a Certificate III in Disability Services.
