Reporting to the Program Manager, in this hands-on Project Management role, you will lead end to end project management process to support the transformation of our business, successfully integrating core systems to enable achievement of business outcomes. To be successful in this role, your expertise will see to manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects which will require project management delivery experience in ERP and/or CRM and core system integrations.

A strong understanding of organisational change management processes is ideal. You will have experience with integrating with project management preferably within the IT/Technology Consulting/ Transformation functions and or disability sector.

What success looks like

  • Manage and deliver project scope, schedule and all key project objectives while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value and benefits. Organise and lead project meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports, manage and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Lead and assist cross functional and other project teams while holding teams accountable for their project commitments, removing roadblocks to their work and improve capacity for delivery streams.
  • Support Transformation leadership in managing and delivering on customer expectations for project, program, and portfolio deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to ensure ongoing and effective project governance.
  • Manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management (Agile, waterfall and hybrid).
  • Ensure strong dependency management and tracking between various in-flight and new projects. Apply various cross-project dependency deliverables tracking techniques to ensure rigorous management of all cross-project integrations and dependencies.
  • Manage stakeholders, finances & resources
  • Work closely with the change management, training and communications team

Skills and experience that make you stand out 

  • You have 5 - 10+ years' experience as a Senior / Project Manager within the IT/Technology Consulting/ Transformation functions
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or IT and/or relevant practical project management experience (PMP/Prince2) and Agile/Scrum methodology experience and certifications
  • Core systems delivery and business analysis exposure specifically ERP, Finance, HR related, along with experience with integrating core business systems
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform
  • Flexible working, this role is predominately based as work from home
