We are currently seeking a Real Estate Leasing Officer to provide organisational and administrative support to the national property portfolio via the administration of owned, leased, and licensed assets, inclusive of residential accommodation, commercial properties, and special-use facilities.

Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will be will be responsible in ensuring Aruma meets all occupier obligations for market leased properties including payments, repairs and maintenance and mitigates unnecessary expenditure by identifying Landlord obligations.

What success will look like...

• Developed and maintained robust relationships built with internal and external customers
• Delivered high levels of customer feedback and satisfaction
• Maintained accurate property portfolio data management
• Provided timely administrative support to the Property, Real Estate and Capital resources in supplying prompt and correct information relating to the Aruma property, assets and infrastructure
• Delivered high level of customer service in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and associated KPI's.

Essential criteria:

• Strong property management experience in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Demonstrated customer service skills providing high quality, timely responses
• Highly developed organisational and time management skills
• Sound knowledge of best practice, and the statutory and regulatory frameworks
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), and able to adapt to and master new computer programs and systems
• A Current Australian Driver's License.
