We are looking for a Riteq Support Officer to play a critical role in working with stakeholders to provide guidance in the use of Riteq (time and attendance system), ensuring correct processes are followed to support optimum business performance.

Key responsibilities

  • A high level of customer service is provided to internal stakeholders at all times
  • Operational staff are supported to use current processes
  • System access is maintained for all users
  • Employment condition breaches are reduced through effective and proactive analysis of rosters
  • Historical edits are investigated and actioned in a timely manner
  • Strong, collaborative partnerships are built with internal stakeholder

Essential criteria:

  • Experience using a time and attendance system
  • A commitment to the Code of Conduct of Aruma
  • Ability to interpret Award and Enterprise Agreement conditions
  • Demonstrated experience investigating and actioning Historical edits to timesheets
  • Ability to examine information, document facts and interpret data
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
  • High level of skill using Excel and understanding on how to use data
  • Understands and maintains confidentiality
  • Strong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices
  • Confidence and capability in using systems and technology
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to prioritise work in a busy environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and problem solve under general direction
