We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated Team Leaders to join our amazing team. You will provide effective supervision and support to a small team of people with diverse abilities, to complete a range of biscuit factory tasks that contribute to operational objectives and a positive working environment. This supports Aruma's Purpose and Values to enhance the lives of people with a disability and achieve agreed operational and financial goals.

What success looks like…

  • You supported team members to enhance their skillset within the biscuit factory team
  • You provided effective operational leadership, that increased team productivity, and developed a positive values-focused team culture facilitating cooperation and collaboration
  • You used appropriate documentation and data entry to ensure Aussie Biscuit's objectives were met through accurate reporting and risk management
  • You identified individual skillsets and allocated tasks and support within the team to leverage supported team members strengths, and collectively achieve team goals
  • You assessed diverse needs and made recommendations to improve team productivity

Skills and Experience which will make you stand out

Must have's OR Essential

  • A demonstrated commitment to the Aruma's Code of Conduct

Nice to have's OR Desirable

  • Formal team leadership training and/or equivalent knowledge and experience with demonstrated ability to supervise and support staff.
  • A Cert III qualification in Disability or related field, and/ or equivalent experience working with people with disabilities, particularly in a service provision context.
