Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect)
  • Job No: ASPECTLB1395
  • Multiple locations

At Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), we understand that starting a new job straight out of Uni can be daunting to say the least. There are so many unknowns, so many pathways, so much to learn, and many graduates aren’t even sure what it really looks like to be a Therapist in the real world.

Well don’t worry, we’ve got you!

Our 12-week structured induction program will ease you into your caseload and give you that critical insight and roadmap to your new career. We’ll have you feeling confident and prepared in no time. With a team of passionate, talented therapists at your side, your transition into not just your first job, but the brilliant world of autism, will be a smooth one.

At Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), our Therapists have more time to focus on the people they support and deliver high-quality and highly valued services. How? Because we believe in setting a realistic goal of supporting three to four people on the autism spectrum a day, so you have more time to discover their unique strengths and aspirations, more time to reflect and plan, and more time to make a difference.

Start your career with an organisation at the forefront of service delivery in an NDIS environment, knowing that you’re doing something amazing.
