Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) has grown to become Australia's largest national educational program for children on the autism spectrum, with 9 independent schools operating from 67 locations in NSW and South Australia catering approximately 1,200 students, with more than 100 classes hosted on the grounds of a less specialised school.
Reporting to the the National Director, Aspect Education, this role will provide high level data analysis expertise to improve processes and outcomes in the context of Autism Specific Education. This role will lead School Leadership teams to build capacity in data literacy and analysis to assist them in strategic and business planning for continuous improvement of student outcomes. A qualified senior educator with extensive experience in leading and managing schools and/or educational systems, you will know government and non-government national and state education sectors inside out. You will be comfortable in policy development and enjoy solving problems to develop evidence informed solutions and improve student learning. This role will suit someone who is an exceptional team player, with outstanding written and communication skills and a proven ability to synthesise multiple data sets to detect patterns between various sources of information that leads to identification of 'problems of practice'.
A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this. Some regional and interstate travel required.
