At Aspect our employment services are specifically designed to support autistic job seekers to develop the key skills to find and maintain long-term, meaningful employment. We offer extensive assistance with recruitment, job seeking, interview support, mentoring, and training, both for employers and participants, through a team of dedicated Mentors.
You will be responsible for supporting and leading the implementation of the Aspect Employment program, including collaborating to develop new and existing employment services, in a rapidly expanding area. You will work in close collaboration with the National Employment Coordinator, under the leadership of the State Manager for NSW, to drive improvement and growth of the service, whilst building relationships between Aspect and potential employers. Completion of the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ is required. If you have not already completed the module, click here to access it. You may also be required to provide an International Police Check.
