You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and flexible team of marketing professionals from diverse backgrounds seeking to have impact in the diversity and inclusion space. We are on a big growth trajectory and are ready for our next marketing superstar to join us.

Attributes and Experience

  • Experience working within a Marketing / Communications role, minimum three years experience;
  • Demonstrated experience working with agencies (design, media, PR, digital) including brief formation, development, execution and post evaluation, experience in media buying
  • Experience developing and creating marketing materials and communication pieces;
  • Liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders interpreting requirements and converting into deliverables;
  • Short and long form copy writing experience.
  • Executing sponsorship and partnership agreements including event execution, content creation and relationship management
  • Knowledge and experience in web proficiency and social media platforms, including develop and execute organic social media
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or Business

This is a full time, max term contract until 30 June 2023 with the possibility of extension dependent on DES program extension.
