  • Part-time — 22.8 hr/pw Tuesday–Thursday
  • Hours — 8.30am to 5.00pm
  • Location — Carlton, minimal ability for remote work
  • Remuneration — will range between $60,000–$69,999 including superannuation, depending on prior experience.

about the opportunity:

This is an important position that helps us provide great clinical care to our patients by supporting our Director of Clinical Services and Heads of Clinic. You will assist with meetings, maintaining admin processes and be a contact person for clinic staff and external stakeholders. Other duties would include assisting with relevant projects and coordinate information and knowledge resources on the intranet.


  • Demonstrated experience or qualification in Business Administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and familiarity with website Content Management Systems
  • A high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm for taking on new tasks and a willingness to undertake training when required

Please note due to government mandates, all ACO employees are required to be either up to date with their COVID-19 vaccination (2+ booster), or hold a medical exemption
