About the role

Our Business Development Managers responsible for maintaining and growing existing business and securing new business to deliver sales revenue across First Aid and Mental Health training services and products within their allocated portfolio.

This role will have a strong focus on growing our First Aid and Mental Health training services.

Your key responsibilities will include territory management, business development, sales, maintaining yield, contract negotiation and SLA implementation. A background in First Aid, Mental Health, Education or Product Sales would be a great kick start to your success in this role.

What you will bring 

  • Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships with key decision makers
  • Ability to interpret, identify and respond to government funding opportunities
  • Ability to achieve the state / national goals by tailoring business solutions to new and existing clients
  • Highly motivated, results oriented, and ability to take ownership of business development
  • Ability to identify and successfully develop large opportunities for business across many market segments, simultaneously
  • Successful track record in achievement of sales targets and targeted prospecting with a high conversion rate
  • Track record in meeting agreed and established targets and KPI standards
  • Current Driver’s License
