The Case Manager will work across Red Cross Homelessness and Housing Services and other Community Programs providing case management to people experiencing vulnerabilities in Townsville. You will operate from a strengths based and capacity building framework with a focus on client/consumer choice.
This is a full time position, and will require flexibility to occasionally do after hours, weekend and oncall work to ensure our clients receive comprehensive direct service delivery support.
