About the role

This role will provide functional support to a range of Central Australia community development projects. Working within a place-based community development approach, you will implement community determined joint projects aimed at building resilience and skills within a diverse range of local community groups.

What you will bring

  • Experience in community development
  • Good understanding of program and activity planning and implementation
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Records management and general office administration
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar software and database experience
  • Driver licence
  • Ochre card
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in community services or a related field
