About the role

Reporting to the Digital Growth Manager – the Digital Marketing Team Lead will champion the newest and best ways to engage Australian’s online through our campaigns and channels.

In times of disaster, you and your team will ensure that those in need of help can find it and those who want to help can take action.

You’ll work with all arms of the organisation to support their work – enabling them to reach, convert and activate the movement digitally.

A typical day in the life of our Digital Marketing Team Lead will see you coaching and developing your team, prioritising work, influencing digital marketing strategies, working with our Digital Product team to create seamless omnichannel experiences, collaborating with program managers to help bring their ideas to life, and working with analysts to transform digital data into actionable insights.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
• Budget management experience
• Digital campaign management experience
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, email marketing and SEM
• Team leadership skills and a great personal leadership style
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, solution-focused attitude
