About the role

In this role you will lead and mentor teams at multiple offices across Queensland to deliver sustainable outcomes for job seekers. You will oversee operations to ensure services are delivered in compliance relevant legislation, standards and the Disability Employment Services Funding deed. Pivotal to this role will be your ability to develop relationships with your team and stakeholders to maximise results for job seekers, employers, community and business stakeholders.

What you will bring

• In depth understanding of Disability Employment Services, including relevant contractual requirements
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate teams to achieve key performance indicators
• Highly developed understanding of working with job seekers, particularly those with disability 
• Experience in monitoring services practices, quality implementation and performance targets
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations
• Experience in financial, resource and budget management
