About the role

As a Product Support Officer, you will look after the admin functions and customer service support for first aid product sales.

Your typical day would involve:

  • Processing of invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintaining product records for orders and account queries
  • Liaising with internal and external customers and clients
  • Distributing information or promotional material to customers
  • Assisting with cross sell / up sell and retention for product sales
  • Monitoring resources and products with suppliers

What you will bring

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute and work flexibly within a small and highly interactive team
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven financial management, accounts and administration skills and work experience
  • Demonstrated high level computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data management systems and record keeping.
