Australian Red Cross is part of the world's largest humanitarian movements seeking to build a better society based on people helping people. We strongly believe that how we work is as important as what we do. We put humanity in action.
The Family Violence Program is a pilot program which has been set up to support people on temporary visas who are experiencing domestic and family violence. This includes Red Cross providing financial assistance to this group, as an extension of the current nationwide emergency relief program.
The Project Lead has overarching accountability in ensuring seamless delivery of this pilot program. In this role you will develop an operational plan for the program to ensure teams are rapidly mobilised and supported with appropriate tools and resources to deliver the program outcomes. You will lead compliance practise, risk management accountability and reporting requirements in accordance with funding conditions and MSP objectives.
Know that the work you do directly contributes to reducing the vulnerability of people on temporary visas.
You can access flexible working arrangements and generous salary packaging options that can increase your take home pay by paying certain expenses using pre-tax dollars up to $15,900 a year.
