About the role

The purpose of the Sales Assistant role is to sort donations, drive sales through exceptional customer service and lead and train a volunteer team in order to achieve financial and non-financial targets.

  • Ability to maintain an awareness of current fashion trends and brands
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
