Our Migration Support Programs work to assist migrants in transition to ensure they have their humanitarian needs met and are participating and included in Australian society.
As the Team Leader – Migrants in Transition, you will provide operational leadership to teams in the delivery of client services with the Emergency Relief and Support for Trafficked People Programs.
You will support and develop staff, ensure effective implementation of programs and services, lead projects to contribute to program development and strategic outcomes, and oversee budgetary processes.
You will also assume a caseload and contribute to the co-design process and adapt and innovate ways of working in order to improve Red Cross’ response to the needs of migrants in transition.
