The Australian Copyright Council (ACC) is looking for a star Office Manager to look after the administration of our small, client focused, not-for-profit organisation. You will be a self-starter, proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent computer literacy. You will be happy to work flexibly and autonomously (and with the team!), adaptable to work across most areas of the organisation , including digital marketing, finance, data and general administration.
the role
Working closely with the CEO, the candidate will:
- Manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of our administrative systems
- Initiate and coordinate events including webinars, seminars, and customised training
- Manage the administration of our publications
- Assist the CEO in developing budgets & grant management
- Assist with accounting responsibilities including accounts receivable and payable
- Initiate and coordinate digital marketing activities including managing social media and newsletters using Mailchimp
- Manage general office policies and procedures
your skills
- 2+ years of office management experience
- Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
- Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an interest to learn new software and systems
- Diploma level or higher in business administration or management, an advantage
- Digital marketing experience, an advantage
- Xero experience, an advantage
