As the People & Culture Officer, you will contribute to the execution of the People & Culture team plan. Your key relationships include the People & Culture Manager and Business Partner (who you will work closely with), as well as our current and potential employees.
You will be responsible for ensuring our recruitment, onboarding activities and workflow are undertaken to the highest level. You will provide activities support and coordination to the people and culture function to enable our people.
Your key performance indicators will be based on systems maintenance, stakeholder relationships, recruitment support and business unit activity success.
The base salary for this position is between $61,912.50 to $76, 830 plus super, pro-rata for part-time and commensurate with experience.

You may have a relevant tertiary qualification or be working towards one in HR or business-related field with at circa 3 years' experience in data entry, systems administration, ideally with a people/HR focus.
In addition, it is critical you have strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability in learning new technologies and a curiosity around data and trouble shooting.
You will have excellent people skills along with a desire to provide the highest level of support and service delivery to our people and processes.
