We are currently looking for exceptional individuals to provide first class Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services for a caseload of up to 15 - 25 autistic people and their loved ones. This will include working with participants to understand their unique circumstances, strengths and barriers, and to support their engagement with a range of services which will allow them to live life well.

Autism Abilities is seeking only the highest standard of professionals with the right skills and experience to offer level 2 and/or level 3 support coordination services to autistic people. It is important to have thorough, detailed knowledge of the NDIS and support coordination activities as well as knowledge and understanding of autism which may or may not include lived experience.
NDIS experience in Support Coordination or LAC/NDIS Planner role is required, and an understanding and/or lived experience of autism is highly regarded. The ideal candidate will already have a strong foundation for this work from tertiary studies and professional experience, but will also bring a growth mindset and a desire to keep learning and developing in this space.
