We’re looking for an Allied Health and Therapy Management Trainer who can volunteer remotely (from home) for 3 months. Join the Australian Volunteers Program to contribute to sustainable development across Southern Africa.
Malamulele Onward is a non-government organisation based in Johannesburg. It provides a range of services which include specialised therapy (physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy), equipment and caregiver training. Services and training are provided to the people of poorly-resourced rural areas of South Africa and other African countries where children with disabilities, particularly, cerebral palsy have little or no access to rehabilitation therapy and equipment. Malamulele Onward's mission is to enable each child with cerebral palsy to reach their full potential within a supportive environment. Malamulele Onward is seeking the support of a remote volunteer to assist with establishing the organisation's online training for various therapists and help review their overall therapy offering.
We actively support and encourage people of all backgrounds and abilities to volunteer internationally and aim to make the program as accessible and inclusive as possible. - Find out more
