FOKUPERS well positioned one of the best Organisation in Timor-Leste focussed on addressing gender based violence and human rights violations against women and children, the Organisation has been operating for more then two decade and has expanded its service delivery to include victim services, non-gender based early childhood education, advocacy, and the empowerment of women - both in the community and in Timor Leste as a nation. This assignment is crucial for FOKUPERS since it aims to measure the organisation's impact, communicate it and plan accordingly for the future. Through this assignment, FOKUPERS seeks to improving MEL systems, tools and processes, including analysis and reporting, document the impact made and use the data to modify our programs and approach

 About the Position: 

• You'll be developing and modifying the M&E Plan for the programs.
• You'll need relevant university qualifications or related field.
