As the organisation continues to expand, Awabakal is seeking experienced General Practitioners to join our team in Maitland. The position is responsible for providing competent patient centred comprehensive primary health care to Awabakal patients at the medical practice that is culturally appropriate and addresses the health needs of the individuals and promotes wellness. Working collaboratively with the Regional Services Manager, the Lead GP, Allied Health and Specialists, Aged Care and NDIS services, including but not limited to:
Ideally the position will be permanent part-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Prior to an offer of employment being made, candidates will be required to undertake relevant background checks including a Criminal History and Working with Children Check and demonstrate evidence of current registration, and original qualifications.
